 Dear, Vice President Joe Biden

   My name is Kevin Gruich and I am a sixth grader at Birmingham Covington School. I think one thing that is causing problems in the United States of America is the circulation of pennies the circulation of pennies is costing the US millions of dollars every year. If this problem was general knowledge there would most likely be more letters like this. So, please take them out of circulation! People across the US are complaining about this in the internet link this video herehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5UT04p5f7U&hd=1. I think we can start doing this by putting boxes to gather them in popular places, like Canada did with McDonalds. By using the proposed solution I think we can save the US millions.
