Dear, Vice President Joe Biden
I think one thing that is causing problems in the United States of
America is the circulation of pennies the circulation of pennies is
costing the US millions of dollars every year. If this problem was
general knowledge there would most likely be more letters like this. So,
please take them out of circulation! People across the US are

I think we can start doing this by putting boxes to gather them in
popular places, like Canada did with McDonalds. Using by proposed
solution I think we can save the US millions.
